Official Rules
1.) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2.) PROMOTION TIMING: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 am E.T. on June 1st, 2007, and ends at 11:59:59 pm
E.T. on October 15th, 2007.
3.) HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.scottclogclinic.com and fill in the “Entry Information.” You must include
your name, full address, e-mail address, daytime phone number, and age. All online entries must be received by
11:59:59 pm E.T. on October 15th, 2007, to be eligible for the drawing. Limit one per person/e-mail address, per day.
Normal Internet access, phone/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service will apply. Entries generated by
script or bot are not eligible. All entries must be complete to be eligible. All entries become property of the sponsor
and will not be returned.
Sweepstakes “Entry Information” can be made at given trade shows and special events for which the SCOTT® Tissue
Mobile Marketing Unit is on display. You must include your name, full address, daytime phone number, and age.
All entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm E.T. October 15th, 2007, to be eligible for the drawing. Limit one entry
per person per day. All entries must be completed to be eligible. All entries become property of the Sponsor and
will not be returned.
4.) ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. residents, 18 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Kimberly-
Clark Global Sales, Inc., as well as Brewco Motorsports, Inc., their parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agencies
and their employees and the immediate family members of each (residing in the same household) are not eligible.
5.) PRIZES & RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Grand prize winner and One (1) First prize winner will be selected
at random from all valid entries received by an independent judging organization. One (1) Grand prize winner will
receive a NASCAR® experience with the SCOTT® Tissue Racing Team which will include $500.00 Spending Cash, 2
Nights Hotel Accommodations, 2 Tickets to the November 18, 2007 Miami-Homestead Nextel Cup Race, Honorary
Pit Crew Member Status for Two for November 17, 2007 Miami-Homestead Busch Race, Private BBQ dinner with
Brewco Motorsports at the team motor home, 2 Garage/Pit Passes for November 17, 2007 Miami-Homestead Busch
Race, and a SCOTT® Tissue Racing Gift Set for two (approximate retail value $3,500). One (1) First prize winner
will receive coupons for a year supply of SCOTT® Extra Soft Toilet Tissue (approximate retail value $80.00). Odds
of winning depend upon the number of entries received. If prize becomes unavailable, sponsor reserves the right
to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Random drawing will occur within 10 business days of October 15th,
2007.
6.) GENERAL RULES: Income and other taxes related to the prize are winner’s sole responsibility,
if applicable. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return a affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity
release (where legal) within 7 days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Nascar ® Experience portion of prize must be utilized on date specified by Sponsor; date is subject to change. All
other expenses and costs are not expressly listed above are winner’s sole responsibility. Return of prize or prize
notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Acceptance of prize constitutes
permission to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where
prohibited by law. By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these OFFICAL RULES. Online entries
will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
“Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet
Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute, etc.) that is
responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor
reserves the right to as its sole discretion to disqualify and individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry
process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website; violates the OFFICIAL RULES; acts in an unsportsmanlike
or disruptive manner; or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its
agencies are not responsible for lost entries, technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of
any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed
electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with
or utilized in this sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur
in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the
promotion if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including for infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor may award
prizes from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state, and
local laws. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Kimberly-Clark, Brewco Motorsports, Inc.,
their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers,
directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations from any injury, loss or damage
to person, including death or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance or use/misuse
of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. All decisions by the
Sponsor and/or Independent Judging Organization are final and binding.
7.) WINNERS LIST: For name of winner, available after November 2nd, 2007, send a stamped, self addressed
