How do I enter the contest?
Visit www.scottclogclinic.com and fill in the "Entry Information." You must include your name, full address, e-mail address, daytime phone number, and age. All Online entries must be recieved by 11:59:59PM on October 15th, 2007, to be eligible for the drawing.

What can I win?
One (1) Grand prize winner and One (1) First prize winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by and independent judging organization.
